Contact

Write to contact@ll3.io. Tell us which phone and app version you use and what exactly happened. Do not send conversation content or screenshots of messages: they are not needed and we do not ask for them.

File abuse reports in the app (Contacts → menu → “Report abuse”). They reach us with an identifier you can quote in correspondence.

Common matters

Someone sends spam, impersonates or harasses

In the app: Contacts → contact menu → “Report abuse”. Pick a reason, optionally add a note. Before sending you will see exactly which fields are transmitted, never message text, photos, files or keys. After sending you receive a report identifier. Blocking is a separate decision: “Block this contact too” works immediately and without the server.

I want to stop receiving messages from someone

Contacts → contact menu → “Block”. New messages and calls from that account will not be stored on your phone. Unblocking restores delivery.

I want to delete my account

Settings → Account → “Delete account”. You will see the list of consequences and confirm with a switch and a dialog. The server revokes all your devices and discards keys and phone number; the app deletes its queues and wipes local data only after the server confirms. There is no recovery. What remains and why is described in the Privacy Policy, §6.

Is “Remove the account from this device” different?

Yes. That option (Security → Response) removes data and identity from this phone only; the account stays on the server and on your other devices. Full deletion is in Settings → Account.

I lost my phone

On another device of yours: Settings → Paired devices → revoke the lost one. With a recovery bundle (Settings → Account recovery) you can restore the same account on a new phone and revoke the old devices.

Phone number

The number is optional. To unlink it: Settings → Phone number. After unlinking nobody can find you by number; your account and conversations stay.

No audio / calls do not arrive

Check microphone and notification permissions in the system Settings. We may ask for a diagnostic trace: it is written only locally, after explicit enabling, and contains technical events, not content. You hand it over yourself, if you choose to.

What we can and cannot do

We can: revoke a device on your request, handle an abuse report, explain how a feature works.

We cannot: read or recover the content of your conversations, restore a deleted account, or reset a recovery bundle password. By design, we have no access to them.
